Refund and cancellation terms depend on the specific service, proposal, invoice or written agreement. Political consulting work often involves planning, research, preparation and time allocation.
Consulting and Strategy Fees
Fees paid for consulting, strategy sessions, research, planning, training, advisory work or campaign preparation may be non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancellation by Client
If a client wishes to cancel, the request should be sent in writing. Any refund, credit or adjustment will depend on work completed, resources committed, administrative costs and written engagement terms.
Cancellation by Krti Consulting
Krti Consulting may refuse, pause or cancel service where the client requests unlawful, unethical, abusive or non-compliant political work.
No Result-Based Refund
Fees are not refunded because of election loss, party ticket denial, change in public mood, opposition action, client non-execution or political developments beyond our control, unless a written agreement specifically says otherwise.
