At Krti (Krti Consulting Private Limited), we are committed to the satisfaction and success of every participant. While we strive to deliver high-quality, actionable training and consulting services, we understand that unexpected situations may arise.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a booking or training session, please contact us through the Contact Us page.
Cancellations made at least 7 business days before the scheduled session will be eligible for rescheduling or refund as per our terms.
Requests received less than 7 days before the session may not be eligible for a refund but can be considered for rescheduling on a case-by-case basis
Refund Policy
We aim to provide valuable and practical learning experiences. However, if a participant is not satisfied with the service and provides a valid reason, we will review the case and issue a refund where appropriate.
Refunds will only be processed after internal evaluation and approval.
Payments made via credit/debit card will be refunded to the same card/account used at the time of booking.
In the case of payment via a payment gateway, refunds will be credited to the original source account.
